Write for us
We welcome clear, original pitches about attention and the small practices that help people notice ordinary life. A strong proposal has one useful point, a defined reader, and a scope that can be handled without inflated promises.
What to pitch
Send ideas about mindful attention, sensory awareness, everyday rituals, transitions, or reflection. We are interested in focused explanations, thoughtful comparisons, practical observations, and pieces that make room for different preferences. Avoid claims that a practice guarantees calm, focus, or any other outcome.
Make the proposal specific
In a few sentences, tell us the working title, the central idea, who the piece serves, and what makes it distinct from a general overview. Include a brief outline and note any relevant sources or potential conflicts of interest. A pitch should be your own work and should not be sent as a finished piece unless requested.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please do not include private or sensitive personal information. A submission is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
